I got a call , i was approved by HDC. I go and sign the lease tomorrow! im so glad this is over!! good luck everyone

Im going tomorrow to bring some documents are expired, then they will give me the lease signing day then move!!

Yea, only thing I didn't like was that they change my rental amount from the price marketed to a higher price because they said I have a program. I don't think that that is fair!

Congrats again!!! Did you have to resubmit any documents? I called the office today and was told that they still haven't heard anything from HDC yet about my file. I was told to call back next week Friday, they might know by then. I'm a little nervous now because I just got a raise for my job
