Congrats!
What size apartment are you applying for?

It is an AWESOME area, IMO.

They say Clinton Hill but its more Fort Greene area to me. Its kind of in the middle of everything but still off to the side doing its own thing.

Its a mix of buildings and brownstones and plenty of cafes/bars. Right across from two of my faves; Choice Market and Urban Vintage.

Schools, parks...and all that "good" stuff. Def gentrified. The building is predominantly Black ...as the neighborhood was. Don't know what's gonna happen after this lottery tho.

Short walks to Franklin...Fulton... Vanderbilt, Myrtle and Dekalb aka Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Fort Green, Bed Stuy.

It depends on your log # and availability. Oh and if you submit the application and $200 fee in time.

Oh wow I apologize to everyone then. I thought it was like civil service exams where if they take your name off the list you can request to put it back. Is it just lotteries that you can’t go back or all Mitchell Lama?

All Mitchell Lamas are like this. If you are taken off the list for a reason, you start over. Very few will allow you to “pause” your application.

To those who made the list, Congrats! And how did you apply for the lottery? Online? Postcard? Envelope?
