It is presumed that log# shown are from the July 2018 Lottery.
#145, 6/12/23, 1 bed, 300 log#s drawn.
#246, 4/25/23, 2 bed, 500 log#s drawn.
#7, 2/11/19, 3 bed, 200 log#s drawn.

St James Towers had reached log #75 for a one bedroom on June 8, 2022. So 70 log#s consumed in just over a year. 155 log## since July 2018.

1/29/24, 2 bed now long# 285. ~9 months, an advance of ~40 log#s it seems so. It seems the halfway mark has passed in the 500 log# draw for 2 beds. Other unit sizes and log# are unchanged.

2/5/2024, 2 bed now log #321, a rapid advance of ~36 log#s it seems so. Other unit sizes and log# are unchanged. There could be log#s on hold or WIP that are unaccounted for.

2 bed, #321, 2/5/24

1 bed, #145, 6/12/23
2 bed, #321, 2/5/24
3 bed, #7, 2/11/2019
St James on 3/18/24
1 bed, #145, 6/12/23
2 bed, #335, 2/5/24
3 bed, #7, 2/11/2019
The July 2018 lottery which seems to be the most recent for 2 beds limited the draw for 2 beds at 500 log#s.

For reference, 4/24/23 #212 for 2 bedroom. So movement of ~120 log#s in ~11 months.

For the 3 bed, correct? It’s on log#7 as of 3/18/24.
The 2 bed list has moved 100+ places in about 11 months with several units filled. Typical of many buildings the larger units turnover more slowly. This can be because there are few 3 bed units in the building in the first place.

An older waitlist can be more prone to jump many log# when it fills a unit because the households that are waiting might have lost interest or moved away and so on.
