We are still deep in the process but from what I can see we will have high AMI units available when we get to the general population. Low AMI studios also.
Would you be able to tell us how many CB units left and what log number you’re up to ?
I recently signed my lease for tower 77 and will be moving in April 2nd. For context, I was log#2,xxx and had CB and ME preference. I was contacted shortly after the application closed in early/mid December to submit documents, after some back and forth I finalized my document submission in early Jan. Had a viewing with Brittany of most of the amenities that were ready for showing, and was assigned a 1-bedroom for April move in, which I did not see the until early Feb in a second viewing of the building since my unit was not ready when I initially went.
Following submission and confirmation from HPD I was asked to use a resident portal to begin the lease signing and payments. Currently I am all set for April 2nd move-in. Huge thanks to the AFNY team, they are super prompt, responsive and helpful.
If ya'll have questions about the process happy to provide any useful responses if I can.
After your application was sent to HPD, how long did it take you to hear back?
Mine turned to “review complete” on the housing connect website after 3 days. Says I need to wait for the marketing agency to reach out to me for further details currently.
I just got contacted from the development company to submit my documents. My log number 7## city employee preference.
