Thanks Kefir,

I've read on posted on those threads. I guess I'm trying to gather a community of those on the waiting list. If you know anyone have them post their number or any information they have.

Thanks

Hey I just received a letter yesterday I'm in the low 100s. Anyone have more info on this particular development? Balcony? Square feet for the 1 bedroom?

Hi, I also just received a notification that I have been selected on the waiting list. Not sure how long the wait will be and whether there is asset limit on the eligibility. Please advise if any one knows. Thank you very much.

If your number is 10. I'm pretty sure you will get called pretty quickly. You can always call the number on the application you got and ask them how many 1 bedroom apartments are available for immediate occupancy. Good luck .. that's a great number!

You definately won't get the actual apartment by may 31st. Even when you get called it takes 6 to 9 weeks for hpd to get back on there end. They do an apartment check and after that it can take that long to get the final say so. Sign the lease and you should be able to give them a month or 2 notice when you hear from masaryk and then hpd.
