I am currently an occupational coach for disabled adults. not a high paying job but its rewarding when you make a difference in a disabled persons life towards independence. the hours are not too long the benifits are on par if not slightly better than my friend's who works for nypd as a cop. but the 403b (like a 401k) leaves much to be desired and I have some job security since the agency I work for is fed and state funded.

Nomad: That is a tough decision. You do more for society helping disabled adults rather than writing tickets to meet your daily quota.
