My wife and I were very curious about this property, so I emailed info@NavyGreenAffCondos.com. Here is the response I received in less than 10 minutes:
We rec'd 5072 lottery applications.
We will only notify you when/if we reach your application in order of the Preferences, then in Log # order.
Interviews will run from mid-July through Thanksgiving

Wow! Good luck, and fingers crossed everyone.
Thanks for sharing,
Did they tell you what your log# was?
Im just wondering if I email them would they have that documented.
Wow, thanks Sterling93 -- I'm so happy to have this information. BK_nurse2014, let us know if you write to them requesting log #! It sounds like they may not give this out, but maybe worth a try?
I am *shocked* at the low number of applicants for this -- I would have thought 20,000 people at a minimum would have applied, especially since the recent affordable housing in Hunter's Point, Queens, had something like 120,000 applicants.
Fingers crossed for all of us!

I believe it is a low number because it is not very convenient. The train station is a 15-18 min walk.
