Thanks! I got the call yesterday and went in to sign. They’re aware that they haven’t shown the apartment to a lot of people - they’re working on that this week and the next.

Signed today too. Said I would be able to see my unit next week. I asked how long it will take for HPD approval. Was told it could take days or months. They are still working to fill community board spots.

Anyone know which way the F line faces? On street easy most of them face downtown but one of them faces the UN. Wondering if the outlier is a mistake.

For all you guys that had to resubmit documents, was the 120 days counted from when you had your interview or from when you first signed all the paperwork with BG?

Signed paperwork because that’s when all the documents with dates are notarized

Hmmm. I don't believe you will find floor plans for any of the affordable lines on streeteasy. The affordable lines are not advertised in the open market and I haven't been able to find floor plans for them anywhere. Not when I signed my lease and not to this day have I been able to get a floor plan for my unit/line, not even from management. I asked.
