I'm mounting a counterattack on the vegetation. The grass is still so wet it plugs up the mower, but at least it isn't raining for once.

Reviving an old thread, but it's springtime again everywhere in Oregon.

Northeast Oregon, May 5:

The OTEC (Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative) puts up poles with platforms at the top so ospreys have a place to build their nests. This osprey was very agitated when I stopped to look so there must be something in the nest. I managed to snap this one picture of the osprey landing and then I left:

You know it's springtime when the covered wagon encampment at the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center is ready to go:

The spring rains haven't come so the ranchers are already irrigating their hay fields. This is center pivot irrigation that Sherwoody was wondering about in the Boardman thread. The center pivot is way at the end on the right.

Its wonderfull, to get sweaty and tired from working on my flower beds..Everything is growing like crazy.
Went to a master gardeners plant sale yesterday and came home with my favorite tomato plants, tiny little
sweet pea and sun sugar cherry tomato..When ripe the sweet pea tomato makes a dime look big..They are
just a fun neat little plant to have.
Its just nice being outside..

Set up an account at photobucket.com

Once it is setup, click on “Upload” at the top of the page.

You can now either drag and drop the picture file you want to upload or you can click on “Browse Files” and find it on your computer the old fashioned way.

When you are done, click on “Library.”

You will see your uploaded pictures. Click on the one you want to use on City Data.

To the right of the picture in the Links menu, click on “Direct.” This will copy the link to the picture to your computer.

When your are writing a post to City Data, notice that there is a yellow icon at the top that looks it might be a mountain.

Click on it and a box will pop up where you can paste the previously copied link to the picture.

Click “OK” and the picture will appear in your post.

Thanks!! I'll mess with it tomorrow. It would be much easier to just copy and paste from my pix.
