Sure, but large scale topics like the Fishtown debacle are going to hit the front page. She has written many times about how to help poverty stricken neighborhoods, or how to modify the zoning code for the whole city. If you know of an issue she has ignored in her area of focus, it would be helpful to point it out rather than continuing to grind your ax every single time someone posts an article she wrote. Or perhaps explain why you disagree...

I've already explained why I don't like her.

Not her, "it". Rather than bash her every time someone posts an article she writes, criticize the work, not her.

Re: W/Element Hotel, 15th and Chestnut.

I'm watching a lot of activity right now with concrete being laid. I know that it can be done in 40F cold weather if proper procedures are adhered to like putting plastic or straw over what's been poured to retain heat. Kinda looks like they may be trying to do as much as they can before the temps really drop later today.

Overhaul of trolley service is being set into motion: SEPTA's billion-dollar plan for new trolleys takes a step forward.

For those who can't connect, here's the gist:

'An ambitious plan to remake Philadelphia’s trolleys took a step forward with a preview of how modernization will change not only how people ride, but also how they drive, bike, and park on the city’s six streetcar routes.
A new report details plans for stops with platforms raised above street level that will be wheelchair-accessible and provide the backbone of a service that, along with larger cars, would remake the trolleys into something more like light rail."

Fewer stops. Announced date: 2024. We know that will not be met, but a marker has been placed.

I love it. It's ambitious. But, obviously money for it will be a huge obstacle.

The NHSL only has one station(Gulph Mills), other than Norristown and 69th St, that is wheel-chair accessible, btw.

Toll Bros., long a Northeast and Mid-Atlantic builder, is now bigger out west

Love em or hate em, Toll is growing fast and going big out West. (Headquarted in Horsham, PA for those who don't know).

Control A, Control C, then paste in word if you have a block.

The fact that they have been sponsoring the Metropolitan Opera radio broadcasts for a long time means I'm more okay with them than not.
