The one thing about Pittsburgh is it's out in the country. If you like country living then there ya go!!

Pittsburgh to any beach means that you will actually age by the time you get there.

Pittsburgh to DC, NYC and Baltimore takes a majority of your day to get to.

Hell, I live in Allentown and it's less mileage for me to drive to Boston than it is to drive to Pittsburgh.

A plus for Pittsburgh is that it's close to Columbus, OH. I like Columbus.

Let's see another plus for Pittsburgh is........Well........It's......Give me a few minutes on this.

I'm a Philadelphian. I just live in NYC. Please don't make fun of my smell.

Let's stop being ridiculous for a little shall we? I like how you guys keep calling Philadelphian's rude and aggressive but you are the ones who keep attacking us haha! Talk about hypocritical.
Not misinformed at all...plus i've backup my assertions which you've chosen to ignore....

Pittsburgh violent crime level is not on the level of Philadelphia, sorry.

I have to ask are you just totally a Philadelphia Homer, can you view any criticism of Philly objectively? I watch you in several threads on City Data and your constant thread hi-jacking with NON-STOP Philadelphia cheer-leading is obnoxious to say the least.

You and Rainrock are the biggest Philadelphia Homers on City Data, without an once of objectivity. Even KidPhilly has brought it down a couple of pegs.

Pittsburgh does have its own excellent brand of sour cream, however. No carageenan, guar gum, or other additives.

BL Sour Cream

NB: I've only had the sour cream, and it is my favorite brand.

SO............Whachu saying? If you live above 40th or above Girard on the EL and above Columbia/C.B. Moore then a person won't be able to make it home? Wow? That's a sizable slice of area and city residents.

Bud?

That's one difference I've noticed between Pittsburghers and Philadelphians.

Pittsburghers don't typically say "bud" and "buddy."

I've noticed it's very common in the Philadelphia forum, especially in a condescending context.
