And WV is so desperate to get people to move there that the $12K could still be in affect. Interesting transition from Weirton to Allison Park to Wheeling for you

Maybe it’s a clue that the ideas you hold so dear are like dinosaurs; ancient and out of touch.

I know it’s scary to imagine you’ll soon be in the minority in this country, because you know how minorities have been treated. Karma’s a *****, eh?
Actually, these new muh progressive ideas, or lack thereof by Big Ed obviously aren’t working as pointed out in the article.

Lol at being scared about being the minority. Such angst in how you presume folks are treated. Sad how folks blame folks today for what happened generations ago.

If Big Ed actually had a plan and would be doing something about the violence there wouldn’t be an article wrote about him talking about the violence and more

What is downtown's office vacancy rate? I see NYC is at 22%. Ours is at least double that I think.

This report sites Pittsburgh's downtown vacancy rate at 21.4% - slightly lower than metro-wide vacancy rates of 21.8%. Nearly 1/3rd of Class B property is vacant.

Vacancy rates are highest in the eastern suburbs/Parkway West, and lowest in the North Hills, South Hills, and Oakland/East End.

So it's no worse than NYC overall, proportionate to the size of the market.
