That's just the point. People who allegedly care so much about women's health can spend their time monitoring CPCs but somehow this cesspool flies under their radar for years.
It doesn't matter now many times you try to blame Pro-Choice advocacy groups for this clinic flying under the radar for so many years, it's not going to stick. It's not their responsibility to monitor clinics anymore than it's the responsibility of Pro-Life groups to monitor adoption agencies. Laws were broken. Reports of abuse where ignored---probably because they involved abuse of poor and immigrant women living in a gang and drug infested neigbhorhood. There is where the blame goes. Fix the problems that allowed this slim-ball to get away with it for so long. Pointing fingers in the vague direction of people who believe in a woman's right to choose is ridiculous and counterproductive.
I support abortion on demand (government paid, as well as the rest of healthcare), up to the point where a child can survive on its own with no artificial means. (breathing tubes, etc.)
Child can not survive on it own outside the womb so its OK to kill it when it at its most vulnerable

So what? Where were the right-to-lifers?
Guess they didn't care about what this doctor was doing......or they would have KNOWN about it and turned him in.
Guess the pro-lifer's radar isn't any better than the women's health advocate's radar.
seriously? you want woman's health doctors, nurses to be police and do the job of others that allowed this criminal to operate?
you would rather they give up woman's health all together? no, stopping atrocities like this criminal operation is not more important than all of woman's health for the female population.
You DO know that this place was inspected BY the National Abortion Federation right????

Grey area.
I personally have a problem with it, however, if someone can't afford the medical bills as a result, I do feel they should have the option to "opt out" so to speak.
Before then, when fetus cannot survive outside of hte womb whatsoever?

You DO know that other abortion clinics referred women who were too far along to this guy right?
It wasn't like no-one knew,they just didn't care....
But as Rita has said, this discussion is off topic, so let's stop it at there.
What this abortion doctor did is wrong, and he should be punished at the full extent of the law for his crimes.

I've no problems supporting it whatsoever.
So if money is tight, kill the baby...
Interesting.
