It doesn't matter now many times you try to blame Pro-Choice advocacy groups for this clinic flying under the radar for so many years, it's not going to stick. It's not their responsibility to monitor clinics anymore than it's the responsibility of Pro-Life groups to monitor adoption agencies. Laws were broken. Reports of abuse where ignored---probably because they involved abuse of poor and immigrant women living in a gang and drug infested neigbhorhood. There is where the blame goes. Fix the problems that allowed this slim-ball to get away with it for so long. Pointing fingers in the vague direction of people who believe in a woman's right to choose is ridiculous and counterproductive.

Child can not survive on it own outside the womb so its OK to kill it when it at its most vulnerable

So you were lying when you wrote this:

Or..simply confused?

Because you cannot believe your right to give birth or not trumps all AND also be happy with the guidelines currently in place....

So what? Where were the right-to-lifers?

Guess they didn't care about what this doctor was doing......or they would have KNOWN about it and turned him in.

Guess the pro-lifer's radar isn't any better than the women's health advocate's radar.

You DO know that this place was inspected BY the National Abortion Federation right????

Grey area.

I personally have a problem with it, however, if someone can't afford the medical bills as a result, I do feel they should have the option to "opt out" so to speak.

Before then, when fetus cannot survive outside of hte womb whatsoever?

I've no problems supporting it whatsoever.

None of this contradicts anything I've posted.

But as Rita has said, this discussion is off topic, so let's stop it at there.
What this abortion doctor did is wrong, and he should be punished at the full extent of the law for his crimes.
