The founding fathers did NOT qualify our rights. What part of that do you not understand?

If they did you would not be allowed to spew your hate here on CD.

Keep spinning this any way you choose but the fact of the matter is that nowhere in any section of the Constitution does it state that people are free to violate the law. LMMFAO @ "spew your hate". Apparently anything that you disagree with falls into that category....

I've been profiled and they were wrong but I ended up getting screwed anyway because I was in violation of the law. I was riding a motorcycle at night and I was stopped because another whit guy on a red motorcycle had run from the police earlier that night. It wasn't me but I got arrested for operating after dark with a learner's permit which is illegal.....

I was a mid 20,s white boy traveling alone north on I-95 in NJ. I also had 52 lbs of reefer in the trunk.

Never went to trial as I refused to let them search my vehicle. Instead it went to market.

So don't carry reefer in your trunk.

But they were still wrong for pulling you over unless you were speeding or otherwise driving erratically.
