Actualy this happened yrs ago. One can only serve a maximum of yrs for posession with intent of under 110 lbs ( 50 kilos)

Bloomberg's been described as being uncaring about the citizens of NYC but maybe he's coming around. He seems to be taking a page from Rudy G . and is trying to put a dent in crime. The stop and frisk program is a good program, glad its being utilized.

My whiteness didnt save me. The fact that it was an ilegal stop and that they had no probable cause for a warrent is what saved me. That and the common sense to tell em to pound sand when they asked if they could search.
If you don't want to be subject to being frisked then don't look or act like a criminal.
Or better yet, just don't go to NYC. Spend time in cities that don't violate your 4th Amendment rights.
