Funny, when people find 17 and 18 year old girls under age to a guy in his 20's, but it's okay for a man in his 50's to be with a 20 -25 yr old.
Eighteen is not "under age."

Seventeen, however, IS and it is AGAINST THE LAW for a man in his twenties to have sex with a girl UNDER the age of eighteen.

There are no laws being broken if a man in his fifties has sex with a woman in her twenties. After all, another fine representative of your party, Donald Trump, is 24 years older than his most recent wife.

I find it absolutely astounding that the poster in question cannot differentiate between the 2 age classes in question, and that one is illegal, and the other isnt.

Barack Obama on Gun Control

Here's what he thinks and some instances of legislative votes.

There are several things that would make the NRA and gun owners anti-Obama.

Including a previous vote to ban hand guns in Illinois.

What you don't believe it?

Actually, I have a theory, but the mods wouldn't like it.

What part of Mitt Romney actively sought his endorsement do you not comprehend?? You on the right were making like Rosen was Obama's campaign manager or something

They both need to grow up and realize it's not about them, respect for other's would go along way. Why have Rocker's & Hollywood Elite's become politically opinionated!!!
No, you would not...well no, on second thought maybe you would. I don't think Bill has contempt for the military like Ted does, and I don't think Bill's a pedophile like Ted is

In what state?

Not all states have the same age of consent. Some, like Florida, have an age of consent, but also have exclusions when the 2 people are close in age. For example, if a girl is 17 and her boyfriend is 20, he is not committing statutory rape. However, in some cases the girl's parents can file charges, so the law is very sketchy. (like most laws in this state) In states like Montana, Nevada, Alabama and Mississippi the age of consent is 16.

By the way, I briefly scanned the list of US States where the age of consent is 18, and there are more states with 16 or 17 than 18.

EDIT: Please don't think I am condoning Ted Nugent's preference for young girls, especially teenagers. He is despicable. Just posting the law.
