So as soon as a meeting doesn't go the way someone wants it to, or a principal upbraids a teacher for some kind of behavior, or a parent comes in and berates a teacher for his kid not doing so well, or a bully seriously gets out of hand...

+1,000,000 let's add letting boys be boys....a few bloody noses instead of lawsuits make boys friends...not bitter enemies to be stalked years later for some unforgotten misdeed. Let kids lose once in awhile, not set them up for failure by teaching them that everyone wins...YAY me I TRIED! BS...there are winners and losers deal with it!
Oh, and lets not spare the rod!...it didn't damage anyone's fragile egos or self worth....at least not as much as this latest bunch of gibberish foisted on the last couple of generations of kids whom seem to need all of this medication to just be normal.
If GUNS were actually the problem, we'd be having 100,000,000 shootouts each year as previously predicted by the scared of guns crowd back when the CCW movement was gaining ground....awe....too bad...it never happened!
