The floodgates will now be opened. One can only wonder where this will lead. Will this diminish the stature of professional athletes? Will straight children now look to gay men as role models? What happens when players on opposite sides of the ball are married to each other? We have brothers facing each other now, but husbands and "wives"?
I can hear 'em now....
Do these shoulder pads make me look too butch? Can you see my undergear through my spandex pants? Will the Saints start wear gold lame' stockings? Will gays start calling it 'Qback' style?
Will anybody care?
And that wouldn't be husbands and wives. They refer to each other as husband, two of a kind.

Why not? One of my son's role models was a brilliant fighter pilot who was also transgendered. My son would hand him his makeup while he taught my kid about jet engines.
So females arent allowed in locker rooms during certain times. Should now gays be not allowed and given their own dressing/shower area? Its a fair question. I wouldnt want to be in a locker room type area with a gay man. Its unfair to teammates. Now some will watch for a wandering eye from the gay player.
And I dont see how it is looked at as courageous to come out anymore. The media will prop you up, and then destroy anyone that says anything that isnt glowing of homos. Not courage when you come out and you have to be supportive and positive or keep your mouth shut. It is actually courageous to speak in anything but glowing terms of homos now, for fear of getting destroyed by the media.
Anyone that says anything that is glowing gets demonized and labeled as scared of homos. Free speech does not exist anymore. What he said wasnt even bad. Yet, since it dared not to be glowing, Wallace gets slammed and labeled. ********* media and the rest of you.
Again, it takes courage to speak unflattering of homos, not to "come out".

When did the NFL stop allowing female reports in the locker room at any time ? not to long ago there was a big argument about how athletes treat women reports in the lockerroom.
Also, Im assuming you took P.E. in high school, are you saying all your male class mates were straight ?
I can't control what others think. I'm asking you if you personally feel that way.
Nah. I know better. My best bud in VietNam was a gay guy - every bit a "man". We went through a lot of sh$$ together and we had each other's back. But, his biggest fear was not getting killed over there, but that his parents would find out he was gay. Interesting world we live in...
