Do you, honestly, think he'd be dead if instead he had cooperated with Zimmerman? I don't. Zimmerman was a neighborhood watchman. I don't think he would have shot TM if TM had not attacked him. TM sealed his own fate with his decision to attack Zimmerman.

I once had a security guard stop me thinking I'd shoplifted something. I chose to cooperate even though I knew he had a gun. I wasn't doing anything and had nothing to fear. Even if they'd called the police and had me arrested, I knew I had nothing to fear because I was innocent. Fighting does not make sense if you're innocent.
