Never said y'all like that. I think it is just this forum tends to attract loons on both the left and right.

I got a little Truman Democrat in me. It just seems to me the Democrats long ago dumped the working man in favor of the illegal alien and the welfare bum.

13 pages with no response from the OP, looks like the OP was trolling with this thread.

That stuff is hokie and boring as hell anyway. It's got a backbeat from another planet. And half the themes are laughable. Even when they try to be insurgent or rebellious, it comes off as corny.

I was in a restaurant not too long ago and they were playing nothing but country tunes, and some dumb song comes on about "I'll keep my God, guns and money, and you can keep the change."

Boy...that's original. Straight from the nearest bumper sticker although I'm sure some lame country fan thinks it's a hoot of a protest song.

I don't see music as conservative or liberal, but Republicans can have all the ownership of country they want. Be my guest.

I'm far kinder to bluegrass for obvious reasons...but that's another topic.
Not a big fan of modern country music, like outlaw country and I like a lot of bluegrass. I will however say, that it is much better than the crap this guy wrote/sang. Antavio Johnson. Kill me a cop, Really?

What's the point of bringing up a five year old item about a stupid rapper in a discussion about Country Music?

stupid is as stupid does. A working person voting Republican makes as much sense as a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders.

Bingo. The working people who do vote GOP think that what's good for the boss is good for him. So the whole premise of the GOP is give into the interests of the rich first then watch the goodies rain down.

He doesn't have a sample size, he was just trolling....notice how the OP hasn't posted a single post in this thread since creating it.
