I will do all in my power to block the use of funds to open an embassy in Cuba. Normalizing relations with Cuba is bad idea at a bad time.

Obama will have a fight on his hands just opening up an embassy it appears.

Not really. This is nothing but dead end futility on Graham's part. He can't win.

Once the Pandora's Box on something like this is opened, it can't be closed.

Well the GOP could block funding and also could block an appointee for the US ambassador role (which has to be confirmed by the senate remember). I'm not saying I agree with that I'm just saying their grasp to do.

Sure, but they'd just be whistling Dixie. When the momentum shifts on something as cataclysmic as this shift is, the dead enders can pretty much forget it.

Besides, American corporate interests will put people like Lindsay Graham back in line.

Yes, they are easy to find. You can even get them shipped to you. I would caution against buying them in Mexico since a huge portion of them are fake.
