The latest insanity of Ms. Davis and here questionable legal council is to sue in Federal Court to force the governor to exclude Ms. Davis from her issuing marriage licenses or removing her name from those licenses signed by her deputies. How they can expect the Federal Court to set into how a state runs the day to day operations of state government is simply beyond belief.
Kim Davis IS the government when acting as the county clerk.
Kentucky has not legalized same sex marriage. That is who she works for.
The worst part is people like you who think we need government to get involved in the marriage business.
Yes the tolerant left strikes again. Using force to get their way because government owns you. These idiots can't even see it and it's right in front of their face. Government has it's rules and there is no other way around this situation except to lock her up. Anyone for this type of treatment is a pathetic, vindictive person.
Wonder why this is different than a mayor in a sanctuary city? Strange thing is that situation is a defined role of the Federal government.

Oh, I don't know. The Supreme Court has done a bang-up business in dead babies.

The supreme court did, that makes it unconstitutional to ban SSM in any state.
The government has been involved in the marriage business since long before I was born. If you think they are going to get out, you're delusional.
Kentucky didn't legalize integration but it integrated its schools. Kentucky didn't legalize ending segregation in public accommodation, but public accommodation are integrated in the state of KY. So what is your point, clearly not the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Eliminate all the laws, and privileges that go along with marriage and we can do away with government involvement.

And we applaud them for it.
