1,000 men in Cologne -- hundreds more in a dozen other European cities all went out with the coordinated purpose of sexually attacking women. We are now at over 500 victims in Cologne alone in a matter of hours.
German society deems rape impermissible. Syrian society deems rape to essentially be permissible with how they structure the laws around it. You need what is it 4 male witnesses, all other evidence is moot. Raped women get charged with having an affair. A woman out alone or not covered up enough, is asking for it...etc... Islamic culture world wide largely supports these barbaric notions and not on accident - Islamic teachings support it.
