Why? The European people are not in control of their governments or any other institutions. These so called "open door policies", and the EU as a concept, was pushed on them from the top with zero input on their part.
The majority voted the idiots who allowed this intake and support of ME Muslims in to their countries en masse - to the point London is now referred to as Londonstan.
Europeans saw how the archaic whack-a-doodle religion didn't have any intention of "meshing" with the 21 century years ago. Yet they kept voting the liberal morons back in.

First of all, I don't care if a woman is streaking naked down the road. It is still a man's choice and fault if he sexually attacks her, not her fault for streaking.
Second of all, these women were primarily attacked outdoors, at night, in the winter...I highly doubt any of them were "half naked."
Exposing one's face is considered disgraceful for a woman in many Muslim cultures.
