That and faux tears seems to be the way of their dear leader. Temper tantrums seem to be a fact of life with leftists.

Restore the value of good moral character.

That is this nation's most pressing problem.

Guns are not a problem.

I grew up around guns and I own guns, and I don't want tougher gun laws.

But part of being a responsible gun owner (is gun laws and regulations.) Whether its not keeping your finger on the trigger while walking with a gun, keeping the gun pointed down when not in use, checking to see if a gun is unloaded before showing it to people, keeping guns away from small children, proper gun training, ex.ex.

And just like individual gun owners have the above laws and regulations for safe gun use, republicans in Washington should also have gun safety regulations. But republicans in Washington are not responsible gun owners, and they take no preventive measures to keep gun ownership safe, whether its ignoring 20 children getting shot in a school or refusing to pass laws to stop terrorists from buying guns (republicans are not responsible gun owners.)

And when irresponsible gun owners are in charge of making gun laws (its not a good thing for responsible gun owners.)

Never heard a call to keep terrorists or anyone else from buying box cutters.

And whats the republican plan to restore good moral character?
Answer: Supply side/trickle down tax cuts.

How is adding $12 trillion dollars to our national debt by giving rich people tax cuts going to restore good moral character to America's citizens?

Well, as soon as one walks into a school or a nightclub and mows down scores of people with some box cutters I'm sure Congress will get right on it.

Stupid responses like this are part of the reason we are not allowed to even have a discussion about the never ending mass shootings in this country. We're supposed to simply say, oh, well, nothing we can do about it, and go on our way.

I'm glad the Democrats are finally saying enough.

What!?! After congresswoman Collins met the Democrats half way? Why that's unbelievable.

Someone should ask the senate minority leader why he's spilling anarchy when there's valuable time trying to pass a budget. What is going through the senate minority leader's head? Can he see with both eyes yet?
