After 50 years of transferring trillions of dollars from successful people to poor people poverty and crime have not gotten better. The logical explanation is the Left's strategy isn't working and needs to be ended. So the Left had to invent another cause: racism and discrimination are so rampant that no amount of money can overcome it. Because this makes no logical sense in 2016 (in past times it did prevent non Whites from gaining wealth) the only way to get people to believe it is by teaching it to young minds from age 5 to 25. You also teach them that facts can be racist so they aren't swayed by logical arguments.

If you think 1 through 6 are "Marxist," then I think you need to get out more. Just because Rush Limbaugh says something is "Marxist" doesn't mean it is.

I'm not opposed to ending failed strategies.

Why aren't we looking at countries with lower crime & poverty rates to see what they (might) be doing right?

The idea that wealth begets wealth is only considered "far left" by American idiots indoctrinated by right wing talk radio for 30 years post Reagan revolution.

To the rest of the world, it's considered common sense. Right wing media regurigtators think that Donald Trump's son would automatically become a billionaire even if he were made penniless, because his dad has some inherent brilliance that the rest of the peons don't have that he surely inherited.

Never listen to Limbaugh, but yes I think they exemplify the Cultural Marxism that infects the Democratic Party.

Apparently so does the rest of the country as the Dems have been in free fall since 2010- I guess Rush told them who to vote for.

But please, throw out another stale, hackneyed response.

Much of crime is driven by demographics.

I consider myself a practical libertarian (anti-authority) and pretty far from a lefist, but I'm on board with ending the War on Drugs, reducing our military policing of the world, and securing reproductive rights... (not so much the government healthcare part).

You can't be serious. You just can't be.

Many on the Regressive Left practically make their *living* by calling out racism, finding racism everywhere, crying racism at everything.

Cries of systemic / structural racism, "yes all white people are racist," and "yes diversity is about getting rid of white people" are quite common. My girlfriend/ex-girlfriend's niece who just started college three months ago is already an expert in how all white people are irredeemably racist. It isn't because she's been hanging out in "center-right" classes or with "center-right" people.
