Yeah that's still way too many. That's a small city being added every year.

Christians and Muslims have both done terrible things. The difference is when Christians do so they ignore the New Testament, when Muslims do so they are behaving just like the Koran says. Muslims are told to strive to subdue all non Muslims. The Koran allows and regulates the practices of wife beating, female genital mutilation, enslaving non Muslims, first cousin marriage, raping wives and daughters of people you defeated in battle, etc. All of those things are completely against the New Testament.

Another thing is the New Testament is quite vague and thus Christianity has more capacity to grow into modernity. Muslims believe every word of the Koran is sacred and the last revelation of all time. They can not say "marrying a 9 year old was ok in 750 AD but now should be banned because of scientific study". That's why the Muslim world is literally stuck in the Dark Ages. Take away oil and the GDP of the 1.5 Muslims is equal to that of Finland, population 5 million.

Were the British of a religion that preaches terrorism?

Yeah, it would be much better to roll the dice and have them in our own backyard even though they can't be properly vetted according to our own FBI, right?

We can see what is happening now in Europe, especially Germany and there are actually people who think going down a similar path would be a GOOD idea?

The earliest settlers came to the US for religious freedom. imagine that. These Christians promptly outlawed the celebration of Christmas.

They were followed by people who sought economic opportunities.

It has never been possible to properly vet a refugee from anywhere. It makes me uncomfortable the US would seek to cherry pick refugees based on "declared" religion.

The US has 11-12 million illegal aliens, the overwhelming majority of whom are Christians, many of who claim they fled atrocities perpetuated by cartels and/ or in search of better economic opportunities, no different than Syrians.

I prefer the US put all refugees from anywhere on the way back burner until such time the disposition of 11-12 illegal aliens is resolved.

No wall is high enough, no patrol is deep enough to prevent illegal immigration until the US imposes harsh consequences on those who employ undocumented people.

According to liberals, that's called xenophobia

Sure why not? They already collect Cesar's taxes, let's make them immigration officers too
And no way its allure of govt welfare schemes or drug profits related to its war on drugs, it's clearly the landscaping and apple picking opportunities that bring them over the border.
