"In January, Defense Secretary James Mattis ordered a review of how to “substantially reduce the program’s costs.”
They are still negotiating. Trump negotiates all the time. That is what he is good at. Read his book, "The Art of the Deal."
Ah. So despite your claim, he hasn't saved you a dime on the project. Got it.
You know what they're going to come back with?
"Sorry Mr. President, we can try, but there is just no way to have not one, but two jets that have unlimited range, missile counter measures, radar jamming, a hospital w/doctor, two full galleys capable of feeding 100 people at a time, a bedroom/bathroom, a conference room, offices, a gym, air to air/air to ground communication with anywhere in the world, 85 onboard phones, 19 TV's, 285 miles of hardened wiring able to withstand the EMP of a nuclear blast, classified avionics/defensive measures...etc...etc on a budget."

LOL - Did you read it? I had to read it for work almost 30 years ago. First of all, it was written by ghostwriter Tony Schwartz. Secondly, if you did read it, you would remember how he talked about manipulating people into thinking whatever you want them to think.

It's an innocent form of exaggeration, and a very effective form of promotion."
