On the hate group aspect, it is hard to see a group that has openly called for the killing of police and rioting as peaceful.
Coming into Libraries and yelling and screaming at white people is protected speach. Burning down your town over your favorite criminal getting killed is also protected speach

If they are walking around naked then yeah, I might lay a little blame their way. But a better analogy is to poke the bear over and over and it is not in a cage, yes I blame the person for getting mauled and eaten, they asked for it otherwise they would not poke the bear to see its reaction.
Nice try, Skippy, maybe you should try a more original tactic, that trick got old long ago.

They should have realized where they were going the students wouldn't have the mental discipline to handle seeing people that disagree with them.

Howard is only racially homogeneous because many people of other races overlook it. Their are plenty of schools just as white as Howard is black, the thing is they tend to be average schools an just have the demographics of their local area.
are there?

name a few prestigious universities that are 95.3% white.

How? For the same reason Penn State and University of Kentucky can take themselves seriously despite having had students riot over sports.

Regardless of skin color or cause.

I don't want to litigate here every misstep by BLM of which there may be a number but, as another poster pointed out, with the girls maintaining they were just out for a wee bite to eat with the tourist areas nowhere near Howard University this particular instance seems to fall into the "foul" category.
What happened? Lack of civility has always been in society. Many people have never understood the concept of basic civility. Examples below.

Umm, did they attack those idiot girls? A speaking of mental midgets, I think someone going to a college that they do not attend with the intention of insulting others is not exactly a sign of mental disciple or maturity, seems like they fit the trumpling mold perfectly.
