The root causes are:
1. Degeneration of family and family value
2. Prevalence of mass media and social media.

Let’s solve them!

Basically, something like this.
We can also add a crocodile filled moat with a drawbridge.

I was thinking something along these lines, as well.

They also have gun control in those cities.

1. How do you fix the family values of a kid who lost his mother at young age as was the case with the FL shooter? Also, every country has family value issues, but it does not result in kids grabbing their parents guns to kill other kids, hence it cannot be the root cause

2. Mass media and social media exists around the globe, but US is the only place with this problem, hence it cannot be the root cause

Mass media exists around the world.....but in other parts around the world, can their governments tell them to "be quiet", can they censors them? Can the quash press reports?

Not sure what that means, and the other poster also did not explain how the US is the only nation where the media causes school kids to grab their parents guns and kill people.

And yet 10s of thousands of kids enjoy youth hunting seasons every year with no problem. What about their right to a gun?

That exact plan is working great for the war on drugs!

As long as they avoid targeting the source (the drug cartels) and just focus on fighting the symptoms, its something law enforcement can depend on for many years.

We are targeting the cartels, so your point it moot and off topic.
