At any rate, I find it appalling that they would punish an innocent child because they disagree with the parents’ lifestyle. It’s not as if the kid had any choice in having same sex parents. What sort of message does that send to this child and the children of other same sex couples about the Catholic Church? That they are inferior and not worthy, because of something they themselves have no control over. That it’s more about politics than it is about the person. The Jesus portrayed in the Bible would not have rejected this child because of that. Yet again, we have another example of the hypocrisy of this church, where archaic dogma flies in the face of what the religion is supposed to stand for.
The kids parents punished the kid. The kid is just stuck with the consequences.
In the end, it was merciful for the school to deny admission. No child should be subjected to an environment that would question the legitimacy of his family on a daily basis. That is simply cruelty.
One that teaches the core subjects of academia is all I care he finds.
Its about learning subject matter, not SJW dogma.
Reading, Writing, Math, Science, etc.
I do agree with that. It's just a shame that he can't attend what I'm assuming his parents think is a good school, because they are gay. I wish they were as single minded as you are about wanting to give the child a good education and not allow their dogma to get in the way.
Many people around here, send their kids to catholic schools ONLY because they believe its a better education, usually has nothing at all to do with religious beliefs, they think it will help their kids to have an advantage.
Why would a family who aren't catholic want to send their kids to catholic schools where the catholic religion is taught. Plus, they attend mass a lot.

I agree. The only thing I can think of is that the education the child would get would be superior to what other schools could offer. But personally, I'd take my chances, lol.
Are you really trying to say that the Catholic Church has remained unchanged since it began and hasn’t evolved with changing attitudes throughout the past 20 centuries?
Doctrine has never changed nor will ever change since it's based on Christ's words.
