It actually does go to abortion. Just use common sense. Here is how it works.
Money is sent to a facility that offers abortions and other services. The money is sent with the understanding it cannot be used for abortions. So that money is instead used to pay for the rent and utilities, freeing up that rent and utilities money for abortions.
It's not hard to do at all. Don't be naive. That's exactly how it works, just like the money Fauci sent to the Wuhan lab.
Money is sent to facilities for specific medical procedures, and reimbursed by Medicaid. Exactly the same way that your doctor sends in a claim to your insurance company for whatever exam, procedure or test you had. But in the case of federal Medicaid, they will not pay a claim for abortion services.
It would be interesting to see whether this ruling will lead to people moving in/out of certain states in large numbers, or maybe lead to universal IUD use in states that ban abortion. Although I disagree with banning abortion, if the law makes an IUD implantation a coming-of-age event in the lives of young women nationwide, then the law may have some good consequences after all. But I am still amazed that the law can tell women what they can or cannot do with some part of their body that has no capability of surviving as a separate "person" outside of their body.
Outside of the very rare less that 1% of abortions where a woman is actually raped, no one forced the woman to have sex.
Having sex can easily result in a pregnancy which results in expense.
Buying a car or going on vacation can easily result in an expense either up front or over time.
Both are personal choices with a financial cost. If you choose to have sex, be prepared for the cost. It was your choice. Don't make other pay the price for your choice. Not the unborn baby or other tax payers. You and your partner. That's it.
I think a lot of men will be upset in coming weeks. Their ladies will be saying No more often and requiring condoms as backup to other birth control. Will be interesting to hear the complaints from the men.
