And abortion clinics are complicit in ongoing sexual abuse like that. Repeat customers are the best customers, am I right?
Police pretty much everywhere have pointed out that Planned Parenthood absolutely never calls the police for any reason. We already know about several cases of ongoing sexual abuse that they knew was happening and failed to blow the whistle on.
PP and other abortion clinics make themselves easy targets when they put profit above the best interests of women and girls. Maybe stop doing that?
No Supreme Court Justice during confirmation will say how they would vote in future cases just to get votes from the Senators. That would be unethical and banana republic cr@p.
That is known as the "Ginsberg Rule" in honor of Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg, who was the first nominee to stonewall Senators asking how she would rule on specific issues, which every nominee since adheres to.
Interestingly, a baby can’t survive independently after it is born either. And if that baby is neglected, injured, or killed due to neglect, that is murder.
Oh yes, a newborn baby has biologic independence to survive. It does not need to be a part of a larger body in order to exchange oxygen/CO2 and receive essential nutrients.
We got laws against that and those are the exceptions and not the norm. If We can prove that you been trafficked, raped or incest We will expand the abortion limit to 9 months and pay for it. Happy? but the 98% of all abortions doesn't fall in that category.
Who is "we?" You have influence over 50 state legislatures to ensure these exceptions are legal?
From some articles I have read, some of these state legislators who are making abortion law don't even have a basic understanding about how reproduction works or how it might go wrong. That is what makes it scary to have 50 different sets of laws, often made by people who don't understand the process.

Yeah, it's call federalism. You liberals are the same way with guns.
abortion is a medical procedure....no different than pulling a tooth...or heart surgery
...that's what they libs have said
the court ruled that the court does not have the power over a medical procedure....that is another definition of dictate
Sorry but to "allow" something to happen is NOT the same as dictating that it must happen.
This SC ruling was about overturning a previous decision that the current justices didn't think the Supreme Court had the right to rule on. It could have been about a medical procedure or anything else, like same sex marriage, for example. (That one might be next)

A baby cannot feed itself. There are multiple examples of infants starving to death whose parents have gone to jail.

The idea that a newborn is "biologically independent" is just so much horse hooey.
It is at least a year before they can even feed themselves.
