I think what should be done is that those megarich black artistes pool a little of their wealth together, pick some black neighbourhood as the starting point, pintpoint the ppl who can and do want to start a business and give them a boost up. And when these ppl are able to operate independantly, they should reinvest what was loaned to them to others in the waiting list.. Its better than flaunting all that wealth on materialistic stuff that will rust or spoilt eventually.

I notice how all the black beauty supply stores in major cities like chicago, L.A, etc. are owned almost exclusively by Koreans. You rarely see black-owned beauty supply stores. I read that many even have conferences and shows to learn about black hair care and such. It's very difficult for non-Koreans to enter that market. I'll have to find a link.

Socialism or Communism! Or maybe it is a "shareism!"
Then your friend is missing out on some very lucrative opportunities unless of ours she assumes that all black neighborhoods are crime ridden.
She was not assuming anything!
She had been there and done it!
She really wanted to help, but her family and her life are more important!
Black on black crimes are more common than you think!

This is totally false propaganda, and is nothing but an excuse.
it's not really all that false, at least when it comes to the hair supply industry
