None of which were classified as hate crimes. Every crime by a black man against a white woman is not a hate crime.
Not to mention that the FBI statistics did not and does not state 37K rapes black vs white per year. If Mary is going to quote the statistics, it would be good to get the yearly statics correct. A violence against women do not discriminate, just those who choose to intepret the violence.

Based on ignorance, prejudice, and judging an entire group by the actions of a minority of that group, this is their "hypothesis"
Whites and blacks have two different sets of "values" thereby making them incapable of co-existing together.
These differing values have yet to be difined, and in reality they can't be.
If blacks commit crimes against whites, it gets censored however if whites commit crimes against blacks it front page news around the world.
White people did not steal this land from it's indegenous people it was fairly lost when whites waged war on them.
Changing, altering. ignoring treaties with them don't count.
Australia did not wage genocide on it's native people.

This country has never and will never be homogenous in it's population.

Genocide by definition is the deliberate killing of a group. A new disease coming in unintentionally is not genocide. Not that the results are much better, but it's not genocide.
But purposely spreading small pox on blankets and then handing them out to people with no natural immunity would be an act of genocide.

I'm not sure. Being there is no news either way leads be to believe the press has learned some new information and just wants the story to go away.
If it happened, it's exactly what the bloggers and press are looking for. Race, gangs, hate crimes, etc. And yet we hear nothing. I could be wrong, but something is stinky.
This is a hate crime, plain and simple. Any one trying to justify the attackers is no better than the ignorant racists that justify unprovoked crime against a minority.
It's 2009 and people are still bitching, making excuses, and relying on the past to enforce their argument. Cry me a f***ing river...there are many people who grew up in bad areas or had a bad childhood and they turned out be descent human beings because they changed their situation in life, instead of complaining about it non-stop and using it to justify their own ignorant behavior.
This society we live in now is pathetic. It seems like the norm to complain about your misfortunes instead of actually doing something about it. Racism exists, it's a fact, and it comes in many different forms. I don't think that the dumbing down of society (especially in this country) is going to help us realize that word "racism" is nothing but an easy way out, and a tool used to turn us all against each other.
