I will be out of my blue puddle jumper and back to my Accord. Still with my boot on. Oh...and seems the $9000 jumped to $13,000 along the way so my car fixer upper told me. geezzzzz.....what's left?

Well nothing is perfect. Just curious if your current info was on that old computer with Limewire. The thing about programs like that is people still can get at your hard drive no matter how secure you think it is. May be just may be some of your information was collected on somone elses hard drive and at some point someone found out and collected your data. You download a file that has a virus that you can't see and it infects your computer. Even if you get a new computer, if you move that file to the new computer even without limewire you can get infected. No protection is 100% but thankfully newer computers are coming with built in physical security which will assist software security in keeping your computer safer. Good luck with your car as well.

ok...I'm not going to bring up the Chinese drywall issue... but it has nothing to do with Heritage Oaks...just for the current record.

It took me forever to lease a house and now I see that they let anyone into Heritage Oaks. Even Plastic outdoor furniture is allowed. Here comes the Trailer trash.

Even the Association Guidelines are not being observed. I have a basketball hop across the street that is never put in the garage and it almost smashed a few cars last night because of the wind.

Why did it take you "forever" to find a rental in Tradition? I do rentals 7 days a week in here. The only reason would be that what you wanted was not available or you were working with a Realtor who only showed you what "they" had and not everything that was available.

As far as the basketball hoops - obviously they are allowed to be outside as in most neighborhoods and they are in numerous driveways for the kids to enjoy since we are a family neighborhood. They just have to be off the street. If one did fall over in the heavy winds we had that day- which were realllly bad, well.......that happens and most likely the owner didn't even realize it. Plastic outdoor furniture? Ok, I have a patio set, but some people have little kids and they can make a mess. Also, you can find plastic outdoor furniture in any community....so....why does any of this make "trailer trash"?

What's wrong with plastic furnature. Almost all of it these days is made from recycled plastic which makes the Trailer Trash that buys it environmentally consious.
