I can think of three reasons off top:

-Teams probably get tired of all the press that a roughly .500 Cowboys team (over the past few years) gets.
-It been said they arent America's Team, but you still hear that usage in the media.
-Jerry Jones

Im a Giants fan, so I dont need those reasons to beat the Cowboys, but I think they work for other teams...

Just like the Giants looked horrible on Monday night but probably will not look that bad on 11/23 even though they out of the playoff picture. But what annoys me is the Giants and Skins don't play the Eagles with that some aggression and they are the NFC East defending champs not Dallas.

? The Eagles beat Washington by 3. And our entire starting offense line was injured that game as well as some of our defense.

The Giants are looking bad against everyone right now...but they will play Dallas and Philly (and Washington, for that matter) at home the next time they play; so they could look slightly better.

But Giants-Eagles can be heated.

By that time the game MIGHT be meaningless.

But you know that time of year the only motivation for losing teams to come out and play hard is to end the playoff chances for teams trying to get in lol

That always annoyed me

By that game, the Eagles SHOULD already be in the playoffs.

Hard to say they could be playing for a division title

The Giants will play the Eagles hard...will they have anything to show for it? Who knows? At that point, guys could be playing for jobs as well...

agree and think the Giants get up for the Eagles as much as they do for the Cowboys - same with the Eagles and Giants and/or Cowboys - some will depend on the year and standings but overall all pretty heated games

I despise all the NFC east teams not the Eagles - probably the Giants moreso than the Cowboys, and least despie for the Skins but still there. This division gets up for all the games against the division
