and as to your question, really this guy was just "negging" you cuz it's totally b.s. if a girl is cute and has a descent body, doesn't matter what clothes she wears, most guys are just thinking about how to get it off, even if it was a disco era polyester jump suit. forget about it.

as a couple of gals pointed out, t-shirt and jeans can be done very well or poorly

but in general a little effort goes a long way. for both genders really, although i think it probably applies more to women... if nothing else because they're evaluated visually more often

i definitely like when a gal makes herself up
