Whether they would be okay with inexperienced guy.
Screami ...
If you went to a restaurant and the server told you that it was your chef's first night in a professional kitchen ... Would you stay seated, or would you think about getting up and walking out?
What if the server didn't tell you, but your meal came out and it was good? Would you even care about how many days your chef had worked in the kitchen? Would you be pissed? Would you protest that you should have been given a choice beforehand?
Your "virgin status" is not a disease. You don't have to have informed consent for someone to sleep with you.

Why are you framing it that way?????
People have preferences and I respect that, women don't owe me a chance.

Fine, then you need to accept being a virgin, until you meet someone who is okay with that! Could be in 5 years from now, could be in 2 months from now, could be in 30 years from now, could be never. No use in complaining about it, if this is what you continue to do.

You are pre-empting yourself.
I can only imagine the setting when this is actually brought up. ''Well, I wanna let you know, I'm a virgin''. Like, why? Why is this something that needs to be told to a date?
It's about as unnecessary as talking about bowel movements or that time you pissed yourself on the playground in elementary school! I can totally see a woman turned off by someone who mentions, ''I'm a virgin!'' early on, especially if it's it on the first date or before the first date. It also shows insecurity, about the fact that you are. Unless you're a teenager. And if you're 30, I'd imagine that the woman is already gonna assume that you're not a virgin, so she's likely not going to ask you if you are. And if you feel like telling her that you are, well, then, hey, buddy. I don't want know what to tell you. You might be SOL on this one.
If you consistently keep doing what you've been doing, you're going to keep getting the same results that you've been getting.

i think an issue could be is that while yes....you dont have to tell the person you are a virgin...it might end up being obvious once they begin having sex if it gets to that point. i think thats mainly why some virgins bring it up. basically better to for them to know ur a virgin than them possibly thinking ur terrible in bed.

Alright, well, if you're gonna bring it up, there's a time and place for it.
The first date, the second date, the first couple phone calls, etc. That's not the place. Why don't you even at least see if she's actually gonna have sex with first, before you bring it up. If I were in his position, I wouldn't bring it up at all, but it's understandable if sex is about to happen, or if you're in the bedroom and things are about to happen. I could also see how that can kill the mood, but at least it would be more appropriate than randomly bringing up that you're a virgin, when the person barely even knows you yet. That's uncalled for, it's like bringing up bathroom and bodily function talk with them. It's just not necessary.
And like I said, if you don't know ''Where the hole is'' or how to put on your condom, or how to even have sex, with the internet these days, there's probably all kinds of ''How-to'' write-ups on sex or non-pornographic pictorials for it. I'd have to believe that with the internet, there's plenty of info on how to have sex for the first time, without it being a painfully awkward experience for you or your non-virgin partner.
