However I will respectively disagree that's its only the top tier blokes namely that I'm not exactly top tier but lost count of the amount of times a bird has approached/engaged/initiated with me me over the years but more what I've witnessed with mates and whilst out and about etc

If that was the case, then I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be getting approached by women (I get approached or initiated about once per month that I know of, believe me that is more than enough. I am still far from top tier although I do have goals I am working towards).

Actually, that's not true. I've seen women approach the shy guys, the dorky guys, the opposite of top tier. There's no accounting for people's preferences and priorities.
