Guess I am in the minority here, but I HATE shaved heads....
If I were a guy that was balding, I would just keep it cut real short...PLEASE do NOT do the "comb over", now THAT is really unattractive

I’ve never really asked, but I’ve been wondering about this a lot lately. I’m 27, and in the last year I’ve had thinning (only around the crown area) and a small bald spot has appeared. I'm in great physical shape and I've been told I'm handsome by women in my life - but I don't feel nearly as handsome anymore. It’s just starting to really get to me and I find myself wearing a baseball cap almost always except when I’m at work or sleeping.

Please share your thoughts and opinions…
To be honest, yes. It makes him look less attractive and I don't think I'd take him serious. I'd probably put him in the friend zone unless he just decides to shave it all off. I love sexy bald-headed men.

Default Women: would balding make you reconsider dating a guy?

Agreed! As long as you aren't self conscious about your thinning hair and trying to disguise or hide it, you're fine.

Keep your NSX and the girls might still like you despite the balding issue.

I agree bald can be sexy- depending on the guy. Vin Diesel is way hot!

Balding would not make me reconsider dating a guy; however, I would totally be turned off by the comb-over as mentioned above in post #11. Do, please, keep it trimmed short in those areas.

Being attracted is a slightly different matter, and that pretty much depends on the size and shape of the balding head. Many men look just fine either without hair, or little hair.

I dont mind it, but I do picture the man bald to see what would happen if it comes to it.

My sisters fiance was bald when we met and he looked good. Now he grew his hair out and there is a bald sput in the back of his head and I dont like it. But he is a handsome man so he can get away with it lol

I agree with you.

Some men can pull off the shaved head phenomenon beautifully but most can't. To me, it's the man's face that's important, especially his eyes! I have no problem finding balding men attractive if they make the most with what they have. And, as you said, no "comb overs," LOL.

Not at all. My husband has half the hair that he had when we began dating, and it is going gray to boot. You don't find the person you want to spend your life with by worrying about whether they have thinning hair.

Bald is definitely sexy, especially on a guy who is keeping it real and not embarassed about it or trying to cover it up. It might make you blush, OP, to know how I love to touch a man's bald head when we are kissing. Who knows why this feels so amazing? Btw, I still have a thing for Patrick Stewart in his role as Captain Picard in Star Trek: The Next Generation. Oh my...
