I live in Oak Park , and what kills me is the people that talk about how bad it is, and how good there neighborhood is, the funny thing is if you look at statistics, the rate for violent crimes is higher in Land Park then in Oak Park, so please think and do your research about your community before you talk down on mine.

Actually, if you can wade through the creative spelling and the lack of formatting, there is quite a lot of useful information about Sacramento's gangs. The writer obviously has strong powers of observation and an awareness of the world around him. If he can get far enough away from the various subjects of his study and apply himself in school enough to express himself more clearly, he has a chance--assuming that he can steer clear of the gang life himself, and its dangerous consequences.

thats not true i lived there for 15 years been in hella fights got jumped once shot at twice and been at partys where people shoot at each other and im not even in a gang but im from south sac so thats why but for the most part sac is pretty nice with spikes in certain neighborhoods if you want a nice place to live in sac folsom is nice and citrus hieghts off of greenback and van maren is good el dorado hills is hella nice but pricey and west sac is pretty clean , but thats about all the good neighborhoods i know off the top of my head.

ValleyHi guy was listing gang territory in his area. Typically when pigs, dogs, or any wild animal come into an area they like to mark their territory. They mark it by urinating on whatever objects in the surrounding area.

I really don't understand the mentality of gangs. There is nothing beneficial to it at all. Gang members don't have your back, you will never be financially stable, and everyone understand you are the blight of society. You have nothing to gain by joining a gang.
