However it is quite normal and should be expected to be so.

I'm 25, I have been away from Florida for the past few years and am just back here temporarily until I leave again next month. So nope, I'm not stuck here.

That's good life is too short to live somewhere that doesn't make you happy...if i could do it over again when my husband and I were in our 20's we had an opportunity to move to San Diego and we didn't...big regret...

May I ask a few questions for reference?

1) Where do you live?

2) What temp do you consider ridiculously hot for summer?

3) What temp do you consider regular hot for summer?

4) What temp do you consider just right for summer?

5) What temp do you find too chilly/cold at any point in the year?

Thx much.

Oh, this may explain it. You probably have not had the opportunity of living all around the country like some of us have and seeing some really hot and really cold climates.

Well it's gonna be hotter than normal the next few days since a upper level low is to our southeast and we are getting sinking air in front of it. At least it's not as humid.

It's not so much the temperature as it is the humidity. I was OK with temps in the 90's when I lived in places where there was low humidity. Florida is absolutely brutal much of the time.
