They are all responsible and should all fry. The little girl is dead and they are playing games with the lies and scandals. One question not answered is how did Kaylee die.
Okay, lets turn the case the other way around...do you have seen any proof who else could have done this murder?

Do you have proof who else tried to cover up where Caylee was since she was seen the last time?

Do you have any proof who did the computer search for neck-breaking, chloroform and then in between went on a myspace account?

Do you have any proof of anybody trying to borrow an item like a shuffle and didn't use it after Caylee was missing?

Do you have any other person lying where they were during this period while just being in the neighborhood?

Do you have any, any, any proof even the slightest to show who else could have done it with a motive....we have heard the motive from the State which I totally agree with...

state made an excellent closing argument but i am sure it must be very hard for the jurors to decide on which charges she should be found as guilty for that beyond a reasonable doubt requirement---behaviorally she appears guilty on most counts--i also thing the entire family is a mess and pray no other children come into their clutches

Here is the interview with Anthony Lazarro - Casey's boyfriend when Caylee went missing -

Here is the interview with Amy Huizenga- where she describes Casey's lies about her father having a mini-stroke, her parents divorcing, and her getting their house -

They both are quite interesting to read.

Unfortuanally they did not find the body sooner. If they had this might have been a totally diffrent case.

Bumping this up.

The whole prosecution case seems to rest on the assumption that the duct tape covered both the mouth AND nose, but of course that's unprovable with the flesh gone and the mandible separated from the skull.

Could not the duct tape have covered only the mouth and been intended to silence the drugged little girl in case she woke up while her mother was cavorting with the boyfriend? It's entirely possible Caylee vomited and inhaled the matter since her mouth was sealed shut, thus suffocating accidentally.

So the crime would be child abuse or manslaughter -- not murder.

Right?
