Yeah, what's up with that? We just had the long holiday "break," got one one or two new episodes, and now almost all of the shows I watch aren't showing new programs this week.

I watch everything on-line (Parenthood, Modern Family, Bones, CSI, The Good Wife, Shameless, Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy.....). The only shows that were new this week were Shameless (on cable), Desperate Housewives, and CSI.

I just watched the last episode "What/If"......any thoughts on it? Kinda fun to watch, I thought, but made me miss the "regular" characters. I bet the actors enjoyed portraying their characters in a different way. Wonder why they said George flunked out of med school in that alternate reality? It was fun listening to them describe Izzy. Really mixed up mess, over all, though. Didn't really advance the storyline.

I actually kind of liked it. I don't usually like these "theme" shows (if that's what you can call them) but I thought this one was kind of refreshing.

I hated that one a while back with all the singing, like it was some kind of dopey opera or something.

At first it really creeped me out. Meredith not only under Chief Ellis' thumb, but ratting on Izzie, dressing in pink and planning to marry a cheating Alex in glasses? Cristina disliked by just about everyone? A miserable Derek with a pregnant Addison? An unhappy Owen with Callie and children? A druggie Lexxie? What a nightmare! But at least, things were beginning to turn around toward the last. And at least they didn't jump up and sing inappropriately!
George...he flunked some important test at some point. And if the chief hadn't encouraged him and given him another chance, who knows? He might have just given up. I miss George and Izzie!
