No prob. I know free sites like yahoo, ect won't work but I thought any other email should. If you have internet access you should be able to use your providers email to sign up. There's a specific thread on this heat wave there.

Yes! I was going to mention that! On the 30th it got to 107 here (1 degree shy of the all time record high) with 100s stretching into early September. It might not even reach 100, so just a mini version of that awful heat wave.
