Now this is from my neck of the woods. A week ago the colors were starting to show and now they are almost close to peak if I had to guess. There are still a few green trees around here.

Sue, I will be staying in the Tri-cities. My lodging is in Bristol, VA and Boone, NC. I'm so excited!

Josh: I'm excited for you!! I've been reading about Boone and my friend that lives in Pilot Mountain loved it when they visited ; isn't it a college town? That will be one nice trip and of course, pictures will be required upon your return
