A lot of "minorities" are getting jobs, especially where there are government contracts, over Whites now. The trend is to hire nonwhites.
So all of this "racist this or that" simply isn't so.
Nonwhites are getting jobs over Whites.

This is not something new. How it works is this. Say there is a contract up for bid for the government. After the bids are submitted they deduct a percentage off any minority contract for the purpose of comparing price and costs for the bids, but they receive thier full bid amount submitted if they receive the contract. This allows a minority business to be more competitive.
The other way is to piggy back. If a company sub contracts any of the work to a minority business, they qualify for this percentage deduction as well. I use to work in an industry with a lot of small companies family owned competing with national and worldwide companies. One thing that stood out was many of them had a subdivision in the wife's name. This qualifies them as a minority company.
This is crazy, the adult entertainment business I used to work for that specialized in interracial pornography hired plenty of black men. Lots of small white chicks too.

Ok, how about some of you who think you know it all try explaining this.
Why is the unemployment rate for EDUCATED black men (8.4% in 2009) double the rate for EDUCATED white men (4.4% in 2009)?
Essentially, this leaves out the "because they're drop out who have their pants sagging and a poor mastery of the English language" BS.
I'll wait...
Because no matter how you calculate the statistics, the number of EDUCATED white men will always be greater than the number of EDUCATED black men..there are approximately 200,000,000 white americans making up 74 percent of the US population and 40,000,000 black americans making up just 12% of the population.
