      Clean pullout drawer holding utensils near prep table with slicer, soiled. Has some shipping paper still along edges of handle of the walk in cooler, remove to make area more easily cleanable.

      Shield has been removed from light in walk in freezer, one bulb missing, replace cover to shield the lights.

      The drain from the ice machine at the beverage machine in the dining room is not sloped to drain. The drain is currently provided with a black hose. The drain must be constructed of rigid plumbing such as PVC or copper to be properly sloped to drain. Make corrections as needed.

      There are gaps at the tray return areas between the limestone and the tray return cabinets. Seal these areas to provide a cleanable surface.
