Yesterday I went to exercise session...
I finally did 1000 of those abdominals while sitting down!! Using 60 pounds, I was sweating up a storm LOL.

UPDATE (5/6) - Here's a new commercial for Pemco Insurance, geared towards the Northwest. Love these. They got some great other ones out too. The company that's contracted to make these commercials is based in Seattle, and they hit the nail on the head - give's you a real sense of Seattle and the Northwest.
